Nick combines the knowledge and professional experiences of, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistics Programming, being a Mental Health First Aid trainer and running a men's mental health peer support group, with his own personal lived experiences of; mental illness, physical disability and suicide; to openly and very candidly deliver talks which inform, inspire and empower others, with humour, authenticity and always a message of hope.

Transition and Change
Nick has experienced a traumatic journey of transition and change, from 14 yrs in the military to becoming disabled and the associated issues. However, he's become a successful entrepreneur, well respected member of the community and adventurer.
